The SLRC has notified a total vacancy of 12,600 for Grade III and IV posts. For the Grade III posts, the number of vacancies is 7,600 and for Grade IV it is 5000 Posts. The details of the vacancy are given below.

Assam Direct Recruitment 2023, Selection Process

For Class-III: The Selection Criteria and the mode of examination for the different categories of posts shall be communicated in due course of time. However, after written examination, the shortlisted candidates will have to appear for skill test viz. Computer / Stenography / Driving Skill tests etc.
For Class-IV: There shall be two parts of selection process – VWritten test and Interview.
The shortlisted candidates will have to bring all the original testimonials i.e. Age proof Certificate, Caste Certificate (in case of reserved category candidates), Educational Qualification Certificates, Computer Proficiency Certificate (as applicable), Disability Certificate (in case of PwBD candidates) and Declaration in Form ‘A’.
