You can link your Aadhaar card with your ration card through the website food.wb.gov.in. Here are the steps on how to do it:
- Step 1: Go to the website food.wb.gov.in.
- Step 2: Click on the “E-Citizen” tab.
- Step 3: Click on the “Link Aadhaar and Mobile with your Ration Card Number” link.
- Step 4: Enter your ration card number and Aadhaar number.
- Step 5: Click on the “Submit” button.
- Step 6: You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and click on the “Verify” button.
- Step 7: Your Aadhaar card will be linked with your ration card.
Some additional things to keep in mind:
- Your mobile number must be linked with your Aadhaar card.
- You must be the head of the family or a member of the family whose name is mentioned on the ration card.
- You must have a valid ration card.
If you are unable to link your Aadhaar card with your ration card online, you can do it at any ration shop, inspector office of Food and Supplies, or Bangla Sahayata Kendra (BSK).
