When there is a tie in the MHT CET Merit List 2023, the following rules will be applied to determine the higher rank:

• Rule of Mathematics: Candidates with higher scores in Mathematics will be given a higher rank.
• Rule of Physics: If a tie still persists, candidates with higher scores in the Physics section will be given a higher rank.
