• Disconnect the connections not required by them.
• Block/trace lost mobile phones.
• Check genuineness of devices while buying a new/old mobile phone.

Sanchar Saathi is an integrated citizen-centric web portal wherein different citizen-centric modules are present. It has various modules like CEIR, TAFCOP etc.

CEIR

The Central Equipment Identity Register (CEIR) is a database of IMEI numbers of mobile phones. It is used to track and block stolen or lost mobile phones.

TAFCOP

The Telecom Analytics for Fraud Management and Consumer Protection (TAFCOP) is a system that uses analytics to detect and prevent telecom fraud. It also helps in resolving customer complaints.
